Meet Your Trainers
Kevin and Cindy Cavaretta are the creators of the Isokinetix Group Training Program, a unique group training program using a series of hydraulic strength equipment, alternating with low impact cardio equipment. In this program, heart rate monitors are used to record and graph each individual’s heart rate response throughout the workout. They developed this unique circuit training program after 20 years of personal training and teaching hydraulic circuit training.
They were also Master Trainers for over fifteen years for the hydraulic fitness manufacturer Fit Express, as well as several franchise developers such as Hydracise, Ladies Workout Express, Workout Express, Healthy Inspirations, Slender Lady, It Figures and Slim & Tone. They have helped literally hundreds of small business owners all over the world, open successful circuit training studios.
