We are constantly telling our clients during the workout to "Listen to Your Body" and we use the same approach for nutrition.


Paying attention to our body's cues and planning ahead will lead us to developing healthier habits.
Creating a healthier lifestyle is our goal, not a quick fix or crash dieting.

Nutrition Counseling appointments are customized to your specific goals and needs.

During our 1st session we may:

  • Obtain a complete medical and nutrition assessment

  • Analyze and understand your personal and lifestyle goals

  • Help you recognize behaviors and develop new behaviors when necessary

  • Educate you on how nutrition and diet can improve your overall health

  • Help you develop a realistic and balanced meal plan

  • Provide you with tips for eating out, shopping and meal planning for your family

We offer one-on-one sessions, as well as group trainings.

1-On-1 Habit Based Coaching

After our original assessment, we'll choose one habit to work on for 2 weeks.

We'll decide together the parameters of the habit, and adjust as you feel more confident, making weight loss specific to your schedule and lifestyle.

The habits will build upon each other like building blocks, until we've developed a group of habits that will eventually bring you towards your goals.

Habit-Based coaching is about momentum, not perfection, so we can take the weekends to enjoy family and friends without sacrificing your weight loss goals!

Gradually, each habit practiced will become your new normal and we can expand a bit more, taking you further and further out of your comfort zone.

Total Body Cleanup

We are challenging you to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits to kick-start a new, healthier, energize lifestyle! Each week will be a different challenge to help you cut calories, detox and add nutrients to your day.
The challenge is divided up into 4 weekly goals:

Week 1- Drink only zero calorie beverages

Week 2 - Add a green smoothie or raw veggies

Week 3 – Swap the white stuff

Week 4 – Ditch the Dairy

Each week builds on the previous weeks habits (for example, we are asking you to ditch any calorie beverages for 28 days like alcohol, soda, juice, etc)
